STUDIO ETTIQUETTE

Please do not wear clothing with zippers, buttons or anything that could potentially tear or snag the sling material. Jewellery, including rings, bracelets, or earrings cannot be worn during class and please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or lotions.

If you are required to leave early, please do so quietly preferably before relaxation time as it is disruptive to others to leave during this time.

All payments must be received prior to the start of class and there will be no refunds for amounts paid for classes.

All packages and membership are not transferable, can not be shared and can not be extended passed the expiration date.

MOBILE PHONES

All mobile phones are to be set to silent and left in the storage cubes.

BOOKING A CLASS

Online booking can be made via our website or straight from your mobile device using our free booking app which can be downloaded to your smartphone. You can also call or email to reserve your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Body Barre Air we are a small specialised studio and as such our class numbers are very limited. If a class booking needs to be canceled a minimum of 12 hours’ notice must be given. This ensures instructors have enough time to plan their class appropriately and that waitlisted clients can be notified of availability.

Cancellations made prior to 12 hours of pre-registered classes or workshops will be given a full refund or credit back onto the pass pack you used. No refunds will be granted after the 12 hour cancellation period and you will be required to either forfeit a class from your pass or pay a cancellation fee of $10. Please notify reception if you would prefer to pay the $10 fee.

To cancel a reservation you can log onto your Account via email or the phone app and cancel your class or text the studio on 0483 961 174.

For all memberships a late cancellation (less than 12 hours’ notice) will result in a $10 charge to your account. Members are permitted to have 3 non-attendance (late cancel or absent) classes per month for a 3 class membership and 5 for unlimited membership without fees being charged. Any non-attendance after that will be charged at the above rate. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED!
