We strive to make all of our classes accessible for all bodies and abilities! all of our instructors are trained to provide modifications and alternate exercises to ensure you are kept safely challenged in your class. Reformer Pilates can be great for people recovering from injury, coming back after having a baby, and is also excellent for increasing bone density where osteoporosis is a concern.
